"How are you today?"
"Not too bad," I answered to the woman sitting across me. She frowned, her dark brown eyes squinting at me.
"Oh...are you sure about that? Your eyes are a bit puffed..."
"So are yours."
"I studied until late last night..."
"What are the odds? So did I..."
Silence fell between us and we avoided meeting our eyes. Deep inside, I knew the truth.
So did she.
Minutes stretched into hours and we still remained in our stoic positions. She wrote on a worn out notepad. I did the same. We kept on writing until our hands ached and our pencils fell out of them.
It was until then that I felt brave enough to face her. It must have been a mutual feeling, for she also looked at me in the eye.
"You aren't honest..."
"Look who's talking." I scoffed, rolling my eyes.
She pursed her lips. "You're giving me that aloof attitude of yours? Honey, you know it's a matter of time until you run out of defenses"
"So?" I looked at my notepad "I can't see how that affects you."
"You know it affects me"
"I could care less"
"There's still time for-"
"For what? Time for what? Oh please, tell me, I'm dying to know. There's still time to for me to be saved? Time to amend mistakes?" I turned my back at her.
Silence again. Joined by teardrops.
"There's still time to fix yourself..."
I couldn't face her again. I stood up and walked away, knowing that behind the glass pane that divided our worlds, she had also done the same.

THE GIRL WITH TWO FACES
Some say she is kind
shy, happy and innocent
she says she is repulsive
she knows it is a lie
She has two faces
and she uses one...
to hide the other
in plane sight
for all to enjoy
but over look
Face one is the truth
Her fragile inside, the real her
hidden away in fear
Like a delicate porcaline doll
Cracked torn and broken
as is her once glowing form
each night she cries fresh tears
tears of sorrow, lonliness, bitter cold
worthlessness and pain
And each night she draws fresh blood
from her own body
her wrists, arms and legs and stomach
Face two is the dark hope
smiles and sweet nothings

We got to the academy, and I a little bit nervous. I stayed close to Naruto as we walked into his classroom. Naruto sat next to some guy with black hair that looked liked a ducks butt, and I sat next to him. I felt like someone was staring at me, which wasn't to weird, since I'm new here. I looked over and saw the duck-butt haired kid staring at me. I looked into his black eyes, only to see them full and pain, suffering, and anger. Yet somewhat soft to me, in a way. Then, a boy with a pineapple-shaped head came up to us.

Oh, and this? I don't know about you...but most of the time I make up dialogues with myself
Well, since I'm a very quiet person, most of the time I'm talking with myself on my mind. So this is pretty much a dialogue between me....and my conscience? I'mnot so sure.....it does reflect how easily i can change my feelings (more like pretend to change them) And yes, I'm very much an aloof person accompanied by ocasional bitching outbursts.
